Working principle

Bag filter housing is a kind of pressure type filter device. The filtrate flows into the filter bag through the side inlet pipe of the filter shell. The filter bag itself is installed in the reinforcing basket. The qualified filtrate can be obtained when the liquid penetrates through the filter bag of the required fineness grade, and the impurity particles are blocked by the filter bag Cut. It is very convenient to change the filter bag, and there is no material consumption.

 operation and precautions

 Simple operation. When used, it only needs to install the filter bag of the required fineness grade in the filter cartridge, check whether the O-ring is in good condition, and then tighten the ring bolt of the filter cartridge cover to put it into operation.

After start the pump, the pressure gauge on the filter rises slightly, and the initial pressure is about 0.05Mpa. With the extension of service time, the filter residue in the cylinder increases gradually. When the pressure reaches 0.4MPa, the cylinder cover should be opened to check the residue in the filter bag, and the filter bag can be replaced to continue to use (the filter bag can be reused after cleaning).

The filter pressure is generally adjusted at 0.1-0.3mpa, which can be adjusted through the return pipeline or the return valve on the pump. If the filter pressure is too high, it will damage the filter bag and the protection net, so special attention should be paid.
