Basket Filter Fatures:

Basket Filter Working Principle:

When the filter medium enters the filter basket through the cylinder, the solid impurity particles are intercepted in the filter basket, and the clean fluid passes through the filter basket and is discharged from the filter outlet. When cleaning is needed, unscrew the drain plug at the bottom of the main pipe to drain the fluid, open the filter cover, reinstall the filter basket after cleaning, and fasten the filter shell and filter cover. Therefore, it is particularly convenient to use and maintain.

Basket Filter Construction:

1. Filter shell: made of high-quality carbon steel or 304, 316 and 316L stainless steel. Good corrosion resistance.
2. Filter cover: with handle, it is easy to lift when replacing or cleaning the filter element. It is made of the same material as the filter shell and has excellent corrosion resistance.
3. Fastener: it is connected by eyebolt to facilitate quick opening or closing of the filter and filter cover. (flange connection can also be used.)
4. Filter basket: stainless steel woven mesh or stainless steel perforated mesh is used as the main material.
5. Filter medium inlet: flange or threaded connection, flat in and flat out design, convenient for pipeline laying.
