Working Principle:

When the filter medium enters the filter basket through the cylinder, the solid impurity particles are intercepted in the filter basket, and

the clean fluid passes through the filter basket and is discharged from the filter outlet. Double basket filters are used in piping systems

where flow cannot be stopped. It consists of two separate filters. When the filter basket of one filter needs to be cleaned, just open another

standby filter, close the valve of this filter, open the filter cover, take out the filter basket for cleaning, and the other filter can still operate normally for filtration.

Working features: it can filter liquid, viscous body and gas. Protect pipes, tanks, pumps, valves and other accessories from wear and blockage.

The cover has a vent design to facilitate pressure relief. There is a blowdown hole at the bottom of the shell, which is convenient for blowdown.
The screen basket is easy to take out and clean. The double basket filter can operate for 24 hours.

When cleaning the filter basket, there is no need to stop the flow in the pipeline, and the equipment can operate as usual.
